Next time to start to feel FOMO (aka Fear of Missing Out) take a moment of gratitude for what you have in your life. Both current experiences and past ones too! In this episode, I’m sharing a time I recently felt FOMO as I was otherwise engaged and couldn’t make it to an event. It was the perfect opportunity to reflect, be present and grateful! That's when I came up with a new acronym, GOWI, Gratitude of What Is! All the feelings are meant to be felt, so it isn’t about toxic positivity. It’s making sure to have the full picture in mind when those feelings of FOMO creep in! Tune in to hear how I intentionally make sure I spiral UP instead of down!
