Next time to start to feel FOMO (aka Fear of Missing Out) take a moment of gratitude for what you have in your life. Both current experiences and past ones too! In this episode, I’m sharing a time I recently felt FOMO as I was otherwise engaged and couldn’t make it to an event. It was the perfect opportunity to reflect, be present and grateful! That's when I came up with a new acronym, GOWI, Gratitude of What Is! All the feelings are meant to be felt, so it isn’t about toxic positivity.
